Thank you for your interest in becoming a client at ADD & Dyslexia Therapy Center.
To better serve all of our clients, we have instituted a processing fee for new appointments as well as a late-cancelled appointment fee. A late cancelled appointment is a scheduled appointment that is cancelled less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Failed and late-cancelled appointments jeopardize the ability of A.D.D. & Dyslexia Therapy Center, LLC to provide appropriate care to not only the scheduled client, but also other clients who may need to be seen at an earlier time but are currently unable to be evaluated. - Patients may leave a cancellation message on the clinic's voice mail if cancellations are required during the weekend or holidays 901-759-7977. Otherwise, cancellations should be called during regular business hours.
- In cases of extraordinary circumstances that arise after 1 p.m. the day prior to the patient's appointment, which prevents the patient from keeping the appointment (e.g., physical illness), the patient is still expected to call and inform the clinic that he/she will be missing his/her appointment.
- All late cancelled appointments and no-show appointments will be a assessed a fee of $50.00.
